01What stays on your phone
Text you type or paste is spoken on the device. Saved clips and history stay on the phone until you delete them. Natural-voice files you download also stay on the phone, so those voices can work without the internet.
02Ads
The app is free and shows ads through Google AdMob. Google Mobile Ads collects and shares the following for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention:
- Approximate location estimated from the device IP address
- App interactions, such as launches and taps related to ads
- Diagnostic information about app and SDK performance
- Device or other identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID
This data is encrypted in transit. You can reset or delete the advertising ID in Android settings. The ads SDK collects this data because the app is ad-supported.
03What we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise GPS location, health data, or financial information. We do not sell your data.
04Children
Text to Speech is not directed at children under 13.
05Deletion requests
